Privacy Policy

Nocket ("Nocket", "we", "us") provides cold email outreach software at nocketai.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Questions: support@nocketai.com
Who this covers
This policy covers people who create a Nocket account and use the Nocket app. It does not cover the people our customers send email to. Our customers are responsible for their own outreach and their own compliance.
What we collect
- Account data. Your name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Billing data. Handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your card number.
- Lead data you provide. You upload contact lists. These contain business contact details such as company name, contact name, job title, work email, and company domain. We store them so the app can score them and draft emails.
- Google account data. If you connect a Google account, we receive an access token and a refresh token. See the next section.
- Usage data. Basic logs of app activity such as sign-ins, sends, and errors. Used to keep the service working.
Google user data and Limited Use
Nocket requests these Google API scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.sendso the app can send an email from your Gmail account when you tap Send.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonlyso the reply assistant can read incoming replies and draft responses for you to review.
What we do with Gmail data. We send messages you have approved. We read message content only to draft replies for your review. Nothing sends without your explicit approval in the app.
Limited Use disclosure. Nocket's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide the service you asked for, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
- We do not allow humans to read your Gmail data, except with your explicit permission for a support request you raised, when required by law, or when needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence models.
Where Gmail content goes. To draft a reply, message content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic processes it to return a draft and does not use API inputs to train its models. No other third party receives Gmail content.
Token storage. Access and refresh tokens are stored in our Supabase database. They are used only to send and read mail on your behalf.
How we use your data
- Run the product: score leads, draft emails, deliver them to you, send the ones you approve.
- Bill you.
- Support you when you ask.
- Keep the service secure and working.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active.
You can delete your account by emailing support@nocketai.com. We delete your account data, lead data, and tokens within 30 days. Billing records are kept longer where tax law requires it.
You can disconnect Google access at any time from your Google Account under Security, then "Your connections to third-party apps and services". This immediately revokes our tokens.
Security
Passwords are hashed. Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Access to production systems is limited to the operator of Nocket. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@nocketai.com and we will handle it. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Nocket does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Children
Nocket is a business product. It is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the effective date above and email account holders. Continued use after that means you accept the change.

Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Nocket is operated by an independent sole proprietor doing business as Nocket ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The services
Nocket is a done-for-you cold outreach service. ION is an AI reply assistant. Both prepare draft emails for your review. You review and approve what goes out. All email sends from your own connected inbox, using access you grant us.
3. Your responsibilities
- You approve each message before it sends. You are the sender of record.
- You are responsible for following email and anti-spam laws that apply to you, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, and for honoring opt-out requests.
- You keep your account credentials safe and use the service for lawful business outreach only.
4. Free trial
Every Nocket plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No payment card is needed to start. To keep using Nocket after the trial, add a card and choose a plan. If you do not, your access pauses when the trial ends and you are not charged.
5. Billing and refunds
Plans are monthly and charged through Stripe. ION is $197/mo, Nocket Lite is $997/mo, Nocket is $2,497/mo, and the bundle is $2,497/mo with ION included. There is no setup fee.
All payments are final. We do not give refunds. That includes partial months, unused leads, and plans you forgot to cancel. The free trial exists so you can test the product before you pay for anything. You can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
We do not promise a set number of replies, meetings, or clients. Outbound results also depend on your own offer, market, and inbox reputation.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not promise it will never pause or fail. We may change or stop features with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will post it here and update the date above.
