Terms of Service
Effective date: October 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of Nocket and nocketai.com. By creating an account or using the Nocket app, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Nocket is run by Pietro Moz, a sole proprietor doing business as Nocket ("we", "us"), 15805 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 311, North Miami Beach, FL 33160.
2. The service
Nocket is a done-for-you cold email service. We find prospects, score them with AI, and use AI to write a draft email for each one. You review each draft in the Nocket app and tap Send or Skip. Approved emails send from your own connected Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365, or Zoho inbox, using access you grant us. Nothing sends without your approval.
ION, our AI reply assistant, is not live yet. Joining the ION waitlist does not create a subscription or any charge.
3. Your responsibilities
- You approve each message before it sends. You are the sender of record.
- You are responsible for following the email and anti-spam laws that apply to you, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, and for honoring opt-out requests.
- You keep your account login safe and use the service for lawful business outreach only.
- Every email includes your postal address, a line saying it is a business solicitation, and an unsubscribe link. Do not remove them. If someone replies asking you to stop, add their email to the opt-out box in the app the same day.
4. Plans
- Solo: $997 per month, up to 15 ready-to-send emails each business day.
- Team: $1,497 per month, up to 30 ready-to-send emails each business day.
- Pro + ION: coming soon. No price is set yet.
Volumes are a maximum, not a promise. Some days you may get fewer, based on how many leads clear our quality bar. There is no setup fee.
5. Free trial
Solo and Team start with a 7-day free trial. No payment card is needed to start. To keep using Nocket after the trial, add a card and choose a plan. If you do not, your access pauses when the trial ends and you are not charged.
6. Billing, cancelling, and refunds
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Your plan renews and bills on the same date each month until you cancel. To cancel, use the billing page in the app or email pietro@nocketai.com.
All payments are final and we do not give refunds, except where the law requires one or if we charged you by mistake. That includes partial months, unused emails, and plans you forgot to cancel. The free trial is there so you can test Nocket before you pay.
7. No promised results
We do not promise any number of replies, meetings, placements, or clients. Results depend on your offer, your market, and your inbox reputation.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will never pause or fail. We may change or stop features with reasonable notice. Nocket may pause sending, lead sourcing or AI features for a short time to enforce usage limits, prevent abuse or protect security. Paused volume does not carry over, and plan volumes are maximums, not guarantees.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Disclaimer
The service and lead data are provided as is. We do not promise that lead data is accurate or complete.
11. Suspension
We may pause or close an account that is used for spam, gets high complaint rates, or breaks these terms.
12. Indemnity
You will cover our costs if a claim against us comes from the emails you approve or from your breaking these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will post it here and update the date above. If we change a price, paying customers get at least 30 days' notice by email.
14. Governing law
Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
